This Privacy Policy explains what information Zenith and Zenith Light ("the Software") and this website collect, and how that information is used. We collect the minimum required to operate license activation and keep the Software secure.
When you activate or use the Software, we collect:
We use the information above solely to validate licenses, detect sharing or tampering, provide support, and improve the Software. We do not sell your information to third parties.
The Software does not log your keystrokes or mouse activity beyond the hotkeys and macros you configure yourself, does not read your files, browsing history or messages, and does not collect payment card details, those are handled entirely by our payment provider or by the Blade Ball platform for token redemptions.
Our license server runs on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Our community and support are hosted on Discord, subject to Discord's own privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for how these third parties handle data on their platforms.
We retain license and hardware-fingerprint data for as long as your license remains valid or as needed to prevent abuse, and may retain minimal records afterward for fraud prevention.
You can request access to, or deletion of, the data associated with your license at any time through our Discord. Deleting your data will deactivate your license.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party trackers. It is a static page with no tracking scripts.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
