Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using Zenith or Zenith Light ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download, install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Zenith is licensed, not sold. Upon activation, your license key is bound to a hardware fingerprint derived from your device and is:

• Personal and non-transferable, it may not be shared, resold, sub-licensed or used by anyone other than the original holder.
• Valid for a single device at a time. Reactivating on a new device may require a reset requested through our Discord.
• Revocable at our discretion in cases of sharing, tampering, fraud or abuse, without refund.

Zenith and Zenith Light are functionally equivalent builds, one with a web interface, the other a fully native Slint interface, and are covered by the same license.

3. Trial Licenses

Trial licenses are granted manually by our team through Discord, at our sole discretion. They are time-limited, may be revoked at any time, and do not guarantee eligibility for future trials or purchases.

4. Payment & Pricing

The Elite license is available for a one-time lifetime payment of 8.99€, or through redemption of 2,000 Blade Ball Tokens where offered. Prices and accepted payment methods may change at any time. Purchases are generally final once a license key has been activated, except where required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to bypass the license or hardware-lock system of the Software.
• Redistribute, resell, or share your license key or installation files with third parties.
• Use the Software in any way that violates the terms of service, rules or policies of any third-party platform or game you use it with.

You are solely responsible for how you use the Software, including any consequences that may result from using it within a third-party game or platform.

6. Updates & Availability

Features, pricing, and the Software itself may be updated, changed or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Software, the license server, or the Discord community.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including account actions taken by any third-party platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ends immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
